The Dacia Sandero was launched at the 2008 Geneva Auto Show, and it’s based on the Renault Sandero model, which is being built in Brazil since 2007.
Dacia Sandero is a small hatchback, with a length of 4.02m and a luggage capacity of 302 liters. Some of the features that come with it include ABS, frontal and lateral airbags and an assistance system for the emergency braking system. It will have a 3 year warranty or 100,000km.
This is the 5th model launched on the B0 platform that is used for the Dacia Logan. According to the official information, the Dacia Sandero will be sold in Romania starting from the second half of 2008, at prices similar to those of the Dacia Logan, which is being sold at prices between 6,400 and 11,205 euros.
It looks great as far as I’m concerned, and I would definitely buy it. If you want more coverage on this car, a friend of mine has a blog dedicated to the Dacia Sandero.
